1. Lead and manage creative projects from concept development through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, brand vision, and creative standards.

2. Develop creative concepts and oversee their execution, translating ideas into compelling and impactful visual experiences.

3. Establish creative directions, conceptual frameworks, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all project touchpoints.

4. Define workflows and creative guidelines, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders adhere to established processes, standards, and brand requirements.

5. Lead the visual direction of cultural and international projects, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive creative identity across different platforms and experiences.

6. Collaborate and communicate closely with external agencies, production partners, and executing entities to translate the creative vision into high-quality deliverables.

7. Direct and mentor creative teams throughout the design process, providing clear creative guidance, feedback, and direction to maintain the intended vision.

8. Oversee the creative workflow and review deliverables at every stage, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the approved creative direction.
